Step 1: Introduction – During our initial discussion, we give you an overview of what exactly it is that we do and what we can do for your institution. This is part of our Free Analysis & Consultation.
Step 2: Information Exchange - This is the biggest part of the process, where we learn about each other. We're looking to find out what you do and how and why you do it that way. We want to learn about your immediate needs and your plans for the future. This is also the point in the process where we get involved with your lending, finance and accounting teams, give our initial demonstrations and draft outlines of upcoming specific proposals for your review. Your feedback helps us make adjustments and fine-tune our data/assumptions.
Step 3: Formal Proposal – At this step, we provide you with the entire plan with detailed specifics on how we propose to reach your goals. And thanks to all the hard work we've done together in Step 2, this step pretty much takes care of itself.
Step 4: Implementation - Once you've agreed to the proposal from Step 3, we put the plan into action. And for Echo Partners, it's all about delivering in a way that exceeds your expectations.
